While the Eagle Run neighborhood is best known for its two, nine-hole golf courses, there is a plethora of other fun and exciting things to do in this coveted Northwest Omaha neighborhood.  Tucked between 120th and 144th, just south of W Maple Road, Eagle Run was built in the early 1990s, and the average home in this gorgeous neighborhood has doubled in value over the past thirty years.

With the population of Omaha expected to increase to over one million people by 2024, now is truly the time to think about investing in real estate.  As builders are still playing catch-up from the past couple of years, existing homes and neighborhoods should be seen as valuable assets to buyers, and when a home comes on the market that fits your wish list perfectly, you should be ready to jump on the opportunity and make it your own.
